Moldova is the winner of the Danube Art Master Competition 2018

VIENNA, 29 October 2018 -- The winner of the ‘International Danube Art Master 2018’ competition is 17-year-old Ion Zatic of Moldova, announced Susanne Brandstetter, Chairperson of the Public Participation Expert Group of the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR). The Public Participation Expert Group is responsible for promoting the Danube Art Master initiative in the Danube River Basin.

Building ‘Cities of the Future’ by Embracing Integrated Urban Water Management in Zimbabwe

Water security is under intense pressure in many urban areas, and the very nature of urbanisation contributes to water stress situations both from a quantity and quality perspective. It is within this context that on 12th June 2015 at Meikles Hotel, Zimbabwe, Global Water Partnership co-jointly with the African Development Bank through the Africa Water Facility (AWF) gathered 45 participants at an Integrated Urban Water Management (IUWM) workshop.

#YOURFUTUREYOURCLIMATE

TonFuturTonClimat (YourFutureYourClimate) is an initiative that aims to integrate young people into the decision-making process for action related to adaptation and resilience to climate change in three West African countries: Benin, Burkina Faso and Togo. The initiative is being developed in the framework of the international climate cooperation programme financed by the Québec Green Fund. It is coordinated by the Global Water Partnership West Africa GWP-WA), the International Secretariat for Water (ISW) in collaboration in the Countries with the Country Water Partnerships (CWP) of Benin, Burkina Faso and the NGO Eau Vive in Togo. The Action Partners are:
