Shaneica Lester and Dr. Kevon Rhiney are the authors of a recently published scholarly paper entitled “Going beyond basic access to improved water sources: Towards deriving a water accessibility index.”

As important as it is, water is still considered as social goods by development actors. This condition has created a very complex challenge for the development of water sector itself. A regional GWP delegation led by the chair, Prof. Amadou Hama MAIGA and including the Executive Secretary, Mr Armand HOUANYE and the communication and knowledge manager, Sidi COULIBALY, visited Guinea from 25 February to 1st March 2018.
