The 2nd International Conference on "Water, Megacities and Global Change" - also known as EauMega 2020 - takes place at UNESCO HQ in Paris, France, on 1-4 December.
The Africa EU Mediterranean Continental Session of the GWP 2020 Network Meeting, which is open to all partners, will take place on 22 October 2020 at 11:00 – 13:30 CAT under the theme ‘Bringing the Change’.

Migration is a complex and multi-layered issue, with many pre-conceptions and controversies surrounding the debate on it. On 22 January, GWP together with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and Partners, organised a webinar to shed some light on the linkages between water insecurity and outmigration from rural areas.

The Water-Employment-Migration (WEM) Lab II (19-20 November 2019, Istanbul), brought together representatives of key institutions (including on migration and labour), governments and stakeholders including the private sector civil society and academia, to identify related challenges, possible solutions and synergies among a range of partners.
