The 3rd workshop of the Capacity Building Programme “The Economics of Adaptation, Water Security and Climate Resilient Development” took place in the framework of the Water, Climate, Development Program for Africa (WACDEP), in Hammamet, Tunisia, on December 22-25, 2014. The Programme is composed of a series of five workshop trainings that are following the framework cycle developed under WACDEP for water security and climate resilience.

On World Water Day, 22 March 2015, GWP Central and Eastern Europe is realeasing a new video in support of a dedicated water goal in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as part of the UN Post-2015 Development Agenda.

The Global Water Partnership - Mediterranean (GWP-Med) is seeking to hire an agroeconomist in the framework of the WACDEP project for the activity "Climate change integration in territorial planning for integrated natural resources management in the Douimis Basin, Bizerte".
In 2014, GWP Central America with key partners put into place five pilot projects that demonstrate that water security and IWRM are fundamental to adaptation to climate change. Two of the projects are already proving the point.
