A three-day (3-5 August) Africa wide Training on International Water Law (IWL) for improved transboundary water management in Africa has concluded in Entebbe, Uganda. The training attracted 40 participants from 21 countries across the continent; mid- to high-level practitioners from River Basin Organizations (RBOs) and governments.

9 Steering Committee Member from 9 countries in Southeast Asia gathered at the Marina Barrage, Singapore to discuss the program and plan for the 2016 and 2017. The plan of 2017 for core budget work plan has not been decided yet but 2 alternatives has been prepared and proposed for the countries.
World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and Global Water Partnership South Asia (GWP SAS) will be jointly organising ‘Climate Services User Forum (CSUF 27 and 28 April 2016) for the Water Sector in South Asia’ in association with WMO’s South Asian Climate Outlook Forum (SASCOF-8) in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
