200+ women and girls in the Center region of Cameroon have been sensitized and trained on good agroforestry practices in a bid to explore agroforestry as a sustainable means to reinforce climate resilience to reduce the effects of climate change on the vulnerable population.

Panama and Nicaragua are one step closer to formulating IWRM Action Plans. The Togo's Country Water Partnership (CWP) was set up in November 2006. Since its creation, this CWP has never been able to evolve well despite an apparently favorable environment to its development. The authorities and stakeholders in the institutional landscape of the water sector have been calling for the revitalization of the platform and the relaunching of its activities in order to contribute to finding solutions to strategic issues related to water management at different levels in Togo.
The consulting company will work closely with the national project coordinator, CAR’s NDA, and GWP team at national, regional, and global levels to design, develop and implement a suitable climate finance monitoring and tracking system that is responsive to the needs of the country's users. The current capacity of the NDA for monitoring and evaluation has been identified as low, and the selected firm will thus have an opportunity to significantly influence the future operation of CAR’s monitoring, reporting, and verification of climate finance. Consequently, the selected consulting company is expected to bring significant expertise and experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems in a developing country context.
