GWP-Central Africa (GWP-CAf) is happy to present its 2021 Activity report (french only), highlighting key achievements from its activities geared at ensuring water security at the regional and country level (Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Sao Tomé and Principe, and Chad).
On Wednesday 4 October 2023, GWP and IW:Learn hosted an online session on multi-stakeholder regional dialogues, focusing on the critical enabling factors that contribute to their success, and how they positively impact transboundary water cooperation.
The 2022 Regional Days was the 1st since COVID-19 pandemic that held in a hybrid format. For the two and half days, the participants of all the Regional Chairs, Regional Coordinators, Regional Communications Officers, Regional programme managers and GWP Global Secretariat staff discuss the important matter to support the implementation of the GWP Global Strategy.
From 20 to 24 March 2023, the Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS) in collaboration with its regional implementing partners, the Mono Basin Authority and the Global Water Partnership West Africa, organised visits and consultation meetings in the project areas in the two countries concerned (Togo and Benin).

Representatives from Lebanese ministries joined a field visit to Nexus related projects in the Shouf region in Lebanon, aiming to address trade-offs across different sectors and generate socioeconomic and environmental advantages, organised by GWP-Med within the framework of the GEF UNEP/MAP MedProgramme.
