CLOSED:Call for offers: Drin basin flood management policies and institutional capacity

Global Water Partnership – Mediterranean (GWP – Med), legally and lawfully represented by the non-profit society MEDITERRANEAN INFORMATION OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENT, CULTURE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT – MIO ECSDE announces the present call for offers for Review of existing flood management policies and enabling environments, conducting institutional capacity assessment with gap analyses and develop basin FRM policies.

The call for offers has been issued by GWP-Med in the framework of The Integrated Climate-Resilient Transboundary Flood Risk Management in the Drin River Basin in the Western Balkans” (Drin FRM Project) project funded by the Adaptation Fund.

 SUBMISSION OF OFFERS BY: 1st December 2021, at 17:00h CET

You are kindly invited to read carefully the attached Call and ToR and submit your offer to procurement@gwpmed.org  writing in the email subject line: “Call for Offers 46/2021/AF FloodsReview of existing flood management policies and enabling environments, conducting institutional capacity assessment with gap analyses and develop basin FRM policies, before the above-mentioned closing date.

In your email you should attach the following two folders:

  1. A compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing the Cover letter, CV, and the Solemn Self Declaration and any other supporting documents.
  2. A password-protected compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing only your financial offer. The password for opening the password-protected folder with your financial offer should be sent to the same email address ONLY at the request of the contracting Authority which will send a follow up email to all participants that their technical offer has passed the technical evaluation.

In case the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.

All documentation / offers must be in English
