International Women's Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. It takes place on 8 March every year since 1911.
The virtual conference CLIMATE2020 takes place from 23-30 March. Starting this year, Zambia will be commemorating the second week of June every year as the Zambia Water Week. GWP Southern Africa is one of the Partners behind the event, held 7-13 June in Lusaka, Zambia.
