The present call for quotations involves the provision of accommodation, subsistence and meeting facilities in a 4 or 5 * hotel for an event to be organized by GWP-Med as represented by MIO-ECSDE in Malta between 25th to 28th of July 2016.
More specifically the services requested are:
- 25 single rooms from the 25th of July (checkin) to the 28th of July 2016 (checkout) in B&B basis
- Lunch and Dinner (served or buffet) for 25 persons for the 26th and 27th of July 2016
- 2 coffee breaks (morning and afternoon) for 25 persons for the 26th and 27th of July. Coffee, tea, juices and pastries included.
- One meeting room for approximately 30 people in U-Shape setting, from 8.30 a.m until 17.30 p.m, for the 26th and the 27th of July 2016. Technical requirements: projector, projector screen, one microphone per two participants, wifi internet connection, multiple socket plugs, notepads-pens, mineral water in tables.
- Transportation to and from the airport for approximately 25 people on the 25th and the 28th of July.
