Lanka Rain Water Harvesting Forum (LRWHF)

The Lanka Rain Water Harvesting Forum (LRWHF) promotes and fosters research and development in Sri Lanka by disseminating and sharing experiences on rainwater harvesting technology, conservation and utilization methods for solving the water problems of the nation. Dr. Tanuja Ariyananda, CEO of LRWHF, shares an overview of the organisation and its collaboration with GWP.

The Development of Humane Action (DHAN) Foundation is a professional development organisation that was founded on 2 October 1997 in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Its collaboration with GWP dates back as far as 1999. This article gives a short overview of the Foundation and its engagement with GWP.

Global Environment Centre (GEC)

Interview with Dr. K. Kalithasan, Manager of the RIVER Care Programme with the Global Environment Centre (GEC) in Malaysia. He coordinates GEC’s work on lake and river management, pollution control and environmental education.
