Huiping Chen is a Professor of International Law at the Xiamen University School of Law in China. She also leads the GWP China Fujian Provincial Partnership. The Global Water Partnership invites interested individuals to submit their applications to be an AIP Reference Group expert member. A total of ten experts will be selected for this reference group. Five positions will be reserved for experts from the African regions (Central, Eastern, North, Southern and West).
