China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR) is devoted to excellence in teaching, learning, and research, and to developing leaders in water and water relevant sectors who make a difference nationally, regionally or globally. In March 2019, GWPEA continued with national consultation workshops with key stakeholders who will be involved in the implementation of the project titled “Strengthening Drought Resilience of Small Holder Farmers and Pastoralists in the IGAD region”- DRESS EA.
At the Korea Global Adaptation Week on 8-12 April in Songdo, Republic of Korea, GWP launched the publication, “Addressing Water in National Adaptation Plans - Water Supplement to the UNFCCC NAP Technical Guidelines", and explored new and on-going collaboration with key stakeholders.
