He has also published several development finance related articles and presented at various conferences and events.
His experience as a civil engineer and project manager relates to infrastructure advisory services, status quo investigations, preparation of bankable feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design of bulk water and reticulation systems, the preparation and evaluation of tender documentation and contract management.
His skill set and advanced qualifications are rounded off with an unique ability to interact with clients and colleagues and a resourceful approach to the preparation and financing of large scale infrastructure projects in emerging markets.
