Representatives form the Civil Society, public structures in charge of forestry, water focal points, GEF, IUCN from the 4 countries : Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. PNECI was represented by the Executive Secretary, Mr. KOUADIO François.
This projects aims at conserving the forest ecosystems of High Guinea through the adoption and implementation of multifocal combination (water, land and biodiversity management ) and reforms of institutionnal governance, strategic plannificationand tansboundary cooperation, capaciy building,etc.
