The meeting of the high-level political forum (HLPF) on sustainable development in 2019 under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council, is held 9-18 July in New York, USA.
The GWP Annual Report for 2017 – “GWP in Action 2017” – is available online. The report presents highlights from the entire GWP network. "The stories point in one direction: GWP is the multi-stakeholder partnership that delivers on SDG 6 implementation through an integrated approach to water resources management," says GWP Chair Oyun Sanjaasuren in her message in the report.

GWP’s “Follow-the-Sun” Network Meeting concluded, after 29 hours, on Friday 28 September. The meeting, which was held in 15 consecutive multi-point video conference sessions over two days, engaged over 400 Partners across the world, in nearly 50 countries. Boyla BASSOUROU and Cheick Aboubacar BAMBARA are the two young professionals selected after a recruitment process for professional immersion at the GWP-WA Regional Secretariat since July 2018. After six (06) months each one draws the first lessons from a stay at the Regional Secretariat.
