GWP-Med as represented by its Host Institute MIO-ECSDE civil non profit Society based on 12, Kyrristou str., Athens Greece VAT No EL 097813422 requests your best offer for the development of SIG-Web platform with connection to sensor network as described in the attached document (ToRs).
The service is implemented in the framework of the GEMWET Project: “Conservation and Sustainable Development of Coastal Wetlands with High Ecological Value. The case of Ghar El Melh, Tunisia with a foreseen budget of up 26500 TND including VAT and any other cost.
Delivery of the service should be completed by June 25th 2021.
The submitted offer should be valid for at least 3 months.

Award criterion is the Most Economically Advantageous offer with criterion the lowest price for the offers satisfying the technical requirements as described in the attached document.

2) The CV of the expert against the following prescribed On/Off Qualification criteria
- University degree (bac + 4 at least) in Information Technology, website development, programming or other related field.
- At least five (05) years of experience in website development and programming,
- Previous experience (at least five (05) projects) relating to back-end and front-end development: HTML5, typescript, SASS, Google map API, Angular, React, vue js, git, user-experience, PHP ou Python, Linux, devops, postgres, mariaDB, git ;
- Perfect command of French and Arabic.
3) Financial offer which must include all costs and applicable taxes and the total amount should not exceed the foreseen budget.

The password for opening the password protected folder must be send at the same email address sondos.njoumi@gwpmed.org ONLY AFTER the above-mentioned closing date for submission of offers. In case the password is send before the above-mentioned closing date for submission of offers the offer will be rejected.
Noncompliance with stated criteria is subject for disqualification.
