Ntiea Letsapo is currently a Senior Engineer - Water Resources in the Department of Water Affairs. He is a passionate professional and expert in the field of environment and water resource quality management. He has over 11 years of experience working in the Lesotho water sector where he got involved in various water resources development projects, wetlands rehabilitation, water resource quality and climate change projects.
Ntiea has working experience and expertise in various water and environmental fields including environmental management, water resource quality management, environmental pollution control, aquatic ecology, environmental flow requirements (EFR) determination (estimation) and monitoring, limnology, environmental and social impact assessment, domestic and international water governance, international water law, conflict management, project management, integrated catchment management, climate change adaptation and leadership. His main interests are in water resources management as well as domestic and international water law.
