The Executive Committee of GWP Zambia acts as the board and is elected by the Zambian partners for a tenure of three years at a Country Partners meeting. The current Executive Committee, comprising of nine members, was elected to office at the GWP Zambia Country Partners Meeting held in February 2023 and will serve until February 2025.

In addition, an interim Secretariat was established for the Zambia Water Partnership in line with its constitution. At the moment, the interim secretariat is being supported through GWPSA programming in Zambia.
