Gender, like many other sectors, looks so easy on the surface, but so deep when you unpack and implement, SADC ‘s Dumisani Mndzebele told a gender mainstreaming meeting in Malawi.
Under the SDG 6 IWRM Support Programme, GWP supports governments and other stakeholders to evaluate, diagnose and improve water governance policies. The aim is to accelerate implementation of SDG 6 and other water-related goals. Now the turn has come to Argentina, where a second phase underlines “identification of challenges and proposal of potential solutions”.

IDMP WA held its first regional meeting for the virtual platform on 28 March in Ouagadougou. Nine (9) participants representing CEDEAO/Water Resources Coordination Center, Volta Basin Authority, CILSS, 2ie, WASCAL and SP/GIRE attended the meeting.
