In early 2017, Henan Water Conservancy Investment Group Co. Ltd drafted its 2017 Key Research Plan as investment reference. The Plan was reviewed by experts. Prof Wang said, for the research, water data should be collected and sorted out but not waste on duplication. In addition to hydrological models, water environment models must be developed. The plan should be top-down with a strategic vision.
Responding to Prof Wang, Mr Sen Wang, Board chair of the Group addressed that the Group is managed to make great progress by introducing high-technologies. The experts would play as a solid basic that helps the company enrich water and environment business, enhance water management principles, develop innovative technologies and remain the core competence of the Group.
